Internet Meals

Pinterest and the rest of the internet got me cooking and trying all kinds of new and delicious recipes for a special luncheon I had.  And nothing disappointed!  Of course my lunch guests were laughing at how I was taking photos of everything we had!

Starting from the top left corner and going clockwise:   Cheese and Vegetable Quinoa Bites (but I used potato starch instead of flour), Gluten Free Potato Leek Soup, Gluten Free Apricot Platz, Gluten Free Plum Platz, Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade, Massaged Kale & Craisin & Feta Salad.

I will tell you right now…I hate raw kale, but the Massaged Kale & Craisin salad changed all that!  Luuuuuuuved it!

Thanks to everyone who has been posting awesome recipe inspirations on Pinterest and thanks to Julie over at Mennonite Girls Can Cook for all her excellent gluten free recipes!

Have you seen any recipes on Pinterest that have piqued your interest enough to actually make them?

You really went all out for your gluten-free lunch! I love Julie’s GF platz…and you have a few other things there I am game to try.

It all looks scrumptious, but to tell you the truth, after all the amazing fresh, but rich resort food and drinks, all I can fathom eating for a week is cereal, toast and some chicken soup… :)

So that massaged kale and craisin salad IS AMAZING! I made it to share at potluck tonight, but now I’m tempted to eat it all for my afternoon snack! Thanks for the recipe!
